The Technical Caricature try to cover a much diversified category of events for the different students of different interests. For this we have divided TECHAEON in seven major fields, to name a few Virtual Village,  Electro Buzz, Applied Science and many more an exulting assortment of more than 40 events has been gone through.

Technical zone had all the events such as software concoction, web doodle and many more to check the technical skills of the students. The punch line development, the case development, entrepreneur hunt from the management zone was to compete among the Management skills of the students. Of all of them all, Fun Zone was filled with all the witty events like Treasure Hunt, Junkyard Wars, Off the cuff and many more for the Fun Freaks.

Mr. Kuldeep Singh, Deputy Commissioner (DC), Delhi was the Chief Guest, along with Prof M.M Sharma as the prominient guest for the event.

Students participated in various obtrusive technical and freaking fun zone events in this two day technical crusade with much enthusiasm and went to the learning with fun.

On the second day of the technical parody the prize distribution ceremony was done along with some entertainment events, marking the relieve for the rigorous hard work by the team and marking a captivating end of the technical caricature and to add to the fun,  a fashion parade was organized.

Mr. Kuldeep Singh shared his experience about the quality of one’s life may be shaped by the quality of decisions that taken from career while pursuing the act of being positive while performing his duties.

Chairperson Ms. Sushil Yadav, SBIT also in her address congratulated the whole organizing team of Techaeon for leaving such an impetus technical fest.

The enthralling curtain down was by a star performance of A-Bazz and M.O.H.

National Robotics Challenge (NRC) is organized in association Building Blocks, in collaboration with IEEE student branch, Computer Society of India (CSI) student chapter and Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) student branch and sponsored by HCL.

NRC is an Indian Premier Robotics Competition that brings the genius under one roof. The competition was divided into three main cadre - Robo Race, Robo War and Line Follower. More than 100 students from various colleges of NCR and Haryana participated in this Robotics Competition, to name a few: Delhi Technological University, DCR University of Science and Technology, BMIET, Hindu College and many more. 

Students participated with full enthusiasm in the robotics crusade and in the evening there was a prize distribution ceremony for the winners of the Competition by the prominent Chief Guest - Prof. M.M Sharma, Former Scientist, DRDO, Govt of India.

Prof. M.M Sharma also praised the ‘colossal efforts of the management, students and all the organizing team for organizing such an informative yet an abtrusive competition.

At the prize distribution ceremony, Ms. Yogita Bhalla from Building Blocks was overwhelmed by the robotics caricature and praised Ms. Sushil Yadav, Chairperson, SBIT for her efforts along with the students for organizing such a mega events in campus.

The journal was launched by Chief Guest Mr. Sunil Kapila, Practice Head, Wipro Technologies, Dr. V R Singh, Secretary IEEE India Council, Fellow-IEEE, Chairperson-IEEE Delhi Section IMS/EMBS Chapter, Dr. R C Tyagi, Former Scientist, NASA being present as the Guest of Honor at the Inaugural Session of the Conference.

The Institute is very active in hosting various conferences, seminars, guest lecturers in the campus to provide corporate environment to the students other than academics. To further augment the research scope and the publication work the Institute added one more mile stone to provide quality education to SBITians aiming to give an exposure of knowledge enriched with the erudite minds of various authors which includes eminent professors from the field of energy and added one more milestone towards the commitment to provide quality education to the students.

The Journal aims at treasuring knowledge at its best so that can give the real exposure to SBITians in the area of research and development in engineering technology. ‘This journal will be published annually in SBIT to enrich the culture of showing knowledge’ as said by Ms. Sushil Yadav, Chairperson, SBIT.

The campus came alive with the scholarly luminaries from various universities and fellow Institutes, exchanging their views and thoughts with the faculty. There were 35 Keynote Speaker and invited talks representing top industries, institutes, research organizations. With more than 31 research papers and videos from the various participants comprising of a varied learning and organizing technological papers, giving stimulating experience to the desiring.

The conference enlightened all, emphasizing emerging trends in high tech knowledge, featuring the diverse objectives in engineering by holding several session and exchanging views with various emerging information from the world and scope of technology.

Conference had a different way to impart knowledge to students other than providing them the corporate environment in the form of learning fun activities.
To name some, Gadget Quiz, Code Writing in C, E-Collage Making and many more.

Mr. Sunil Kapila, Practice Head, Wipro Technologies was the Chief Guest and spoke, “Do not look what you have got but book where you are” focusing on quality and work, also grabbing opportunities in life. While speaking he was emotional and also expressed that ’sans hobbies in youth and reflected on the opportunity on the present day youths to use their time beneficial’.

Dr. V R Singh, Secretary, IEEE Delhi Council, Chairperson, IEEE Delhi Section IMS/EMBS Chapter, Vice President, Ultrasonic Society of India’ graced the occasion as the guest of honor and praised the management, the organizing team and the technical committee for the Journal. He reminded his favorite quote “Nano Bio Envio Technology”. He also said “Twelve lakh students are passing out every year and seventy percent are employed in multinational companies yet they can unleash technology to improve the R & D section in their own country”.
Dr. R C Tyagi, Former Scientist, NASA, USA was the guest of honor and spoke about his varied experience comparing the scientific minds of India and USA.

On the second day the conference was illuminated, by the presence of Dr. Shrikant Ojha,  Coordinator, Joint Cipher Bureau, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India’.  He had been very witty and appreciated the achievements of the Institute to do something new and be able to produce a peer review. The audio talk reviewed that three minds together comprising of all Engineering Branches can do wonderful things. He also said that ’scope and technology go hand in hand to bring about another experience which would become a future technology for all to embrace’; hence development in true sense if they can create live projects for the Institution.

Dr. Ishwar Singh, Director Research at MD University, Rohtak, Haryana said “an extra ordinary effort can resolve and give an unique opportunity to the student to flair in their choice of knowledge and be successful in their chosen profession. He also said “students organization working for conference and other kinds of extracurricular activities can evolve and make them ‘personalities’ for tomorrow.

Dr. Ranjit Singh, Executive Secretary and Programme Director, ISTE at the valedictory session praised the ‘colossal efforts of the management, students and all attending the conference’. At the valedictory session, he was overwhelmed by the conference and praised Ms. Sushil Yadav, ‘Chairperson, SBIT’ for her vision which she had from her predecessor Shri Balwant Ji whose ‘visionary dreams’ had come true.

At the valedictory session Ms. Sushil Yadav, Chairperson, SBIT shared her experience about the quality of one’s life may be shaped by the quality of decisions that taken from career while pursuing the act of being positive while performing his duties. She was also happy for the conference being successful and for the release of the 1^st SBIT Journal. She also thanked the patrons, members of advisory board, members of review board who had supported and contributed to the success of the conference.
