1. Shri Balwant Gold Medal of Excellence
a) Criterion: This award will be given to students getting positions among university top 10 in semester examination.
b) The Award: Rs 11,000
c) Number of awards: One in each branch
d) Time when the award is given: Annual Cultural & Sports festival - Explorica

2. Chairman Gold Medal of Excellence for Institute Toppers area wise
a) Criterion: This award will be given to topper of each branch of the Institute in semester examination, scoring more than 80%
b) The Award: Rs 5,000
c) Number of awards: One in each branch
d) Time when the award is given: Annual Cultural & Sports festival - Explorica

3. Chanderwati Student of the Year Award
a) Criterion: This award will be given to those who will be excellent in academics, sports, discipline etc, institute promotional activities, image among faculty and students etc.
b) The Award: Rs 7,000
c) Number of awards: One
d) Time when the award is given: Annual Cultural & Sports festival - Explorica

Following conditions are applicable to be eligible for all the above mentioned awards
a) There should be no supplementary in any of the subject
b) There should not be any indiscipline case
