1st Convocation held at SBIT in presence of H.E., Shri Jagannath Pahadia

“We do not fear the future, because of what we have achieved and what we will achieve”

With these words SBIT and SBIM completed its 1^st Convocation on 25^th April, 2011 in the presence of His Excellency Shri Jagannath Pahadia, Hon’ble Governor of Haryana. It was great honor for the students and college to have such eminent personality as Chief Guest. Along with Hon’ble Governor Smt. Shanti Pahadia (First Lady), Sh. H.S. Chahal, Vice Chancellor DCR University of Science and Technology and Mr. Rajeev Sharma (Commissioner , Rohtak) grace the occasion with their presence.

Madam Sushil Yadav (Chairperson, SBIT), Mr. Rajesh Yadav (Vice-Chairman) and Dr. R.K. Sharma (Director, SBIT) gave a warm welcome to all the eminent guests. Padamshree Dr. Pritam Singh been the part of occasion congratulated all the graduates for successfully completing their degree and entering the world of professionals.

Programme started with Academic Procession with band followed by welcome address by Chairperson, presentation of degree and awards for excellence, ends up with National Anthem at 07:30PM.

His Shri Jagannath Pahadia blessed the students for the bright future and to excel in their respective field. Dr. H.S. Chahal appreciated the efforts put in by college for its students in such a short period of time. He said SBIT is the first college to do the convocation for its student which is affiliated to DCR university of Science and Technology. Many Political personalities, Corporate People, DC’s, SP’s, and parents of graduates also gave their presence on the occasion.
