Visit to Surajkund Mela
SBIT organized a day out for its students to Annual International Craft Mela “Surajkund Mela” on 7 Feb 2020. The Surajkund Crafts Mela was first hosted in 1987.
Since then the festival is hosted annually by the Haryana Tourism Department in Surajkund. This is 34th time the Surajkund Mela will be held at Faridabad. The main motto behind this festival is to promote handicrafts, handlooms with the aid of craftsmen invited from all over the country. So basically this craft festival is a platform for artists across the globe to showcase their culture and talent. Students enjoyed and had wonderful time with their batch mates, Friends and Faculties. This added another golden page to the book of memories of SBIT, Sonepat.
