M.Tech is an expansion of B.Tech. It is a course with emphasis on specialization with exposure to research and development. As day by day development in every area increases so after some time it is sure that industry needs many specialized persons in their field. Every firm needs some specialized Engineers in their field, to lead their Engineering team and an M.Tech person has higher weightage for this work.
This is 2 year full time post graduate degree programme which include 4 semesters and thesis after 3rd semester.

Bachelor's degree in relevant branch of Engineering/Technology from any Indian University included in the approved list of Association of Indian University (AIU) or any foreign University recognized by this University for purpose of admission to this course scoring atleast 50% mark in aggregate.
